The Chefs

Picture
Ellen grew up on an organic farm on Fruitridge Line and has always loved food and cooking. Living in Portland Oregon gave her a taste for the fresh and seasonal food of the Pacific Northwest and she’s bringing it back home, complemented by the organic seasonal produce that she produces on her family farm.

Chef Cindy Bircham is a local food advocate and craft cocktail lover with a mobile wood-burning oven and small vegetable farm located southeast of St. Thomas.

Kim opened her restaurant in Port Stanley in 2006. Patrons love her flavourful dishes created from fresh ingredients and served in a casually elegant dining room, on the wraparound veranda or at the long farm table. Her focus is on seasonal, local and sharing her passion for inspired, authentic food that delights the senses.

Although Lisa is a busy mom of 2 she still finds the time to share her love of cooking and baking through her delectable creations at Streamliners Espresso bar with a menu of soups, sandwiches, salads and a wide selection of baked goods.
