ARTS & CULTURE

🚂 First, dive into the local arts and culture scene by checking out local museums, bookstores, record stores, and more! Rainy days are a perfect excuse to dive right into some of our small town magic, make sure to check out some of the experiences waiting to be discovered.

The St. Thomas Elgin Public Art Centre features a rotation of art exhibitions and fun workshops for children and adults at any level. With contemporary to historic pieces and everything in between, there are fascinating works that you must check out. The last Saturday of every month, join in on a drop-in acoustic jam from 1-3pm! Come and enjoy what happens when creative minds come together unrehearsed.

If you have the time, why not step into a historic landmark of the Railway City?! The majestic Canada Southern Station (CASO Station) was once one of the largest railways built by the Canadian Southern Railway Company (CSR), and it's here in town! The CASO Station stands tall as a proud symbol of St. Thomas heritage. Occupying a vibrant cultural space, it celebrates the people, technology, and stories of railway history.
