Here in St. Thomas we have many amazing local businesses that offer amazing food and drink options. We wanted to dig a little deeper into what makes some of these unique establishments tick, and today we are highlighting Steelhead Food Co. located on the North end of the city at 5 Barrie Blvd. Steelhead Food Co. created an innovative business where they operate a public Fish & Seafood Market, in addition to the wholesale aspect of their business. We caught up with Meg McTaggart, one of the co-owners, to find the story behind Steelhead.
