Once again, summer has come and gone in seemingly the blink of an eye! The leaves begin to change colours like the sunsets that close the curtains on our now increasingly shortened days, the kids are back in school And we all know what that means… Pumpkin spice season is back, baby! In all seriousness (not that I couldn’t go for a Pumpkin Chai latte right now); Parents - you finally get some “you” time! While beyond rewarding, we know raising a kid is hard work and it can be exhausting balancing that on top of your already packed schedule.
