Having to change direction like pretty much everyone else out there this past year, and moving on from in-person events, Relish has been working to forge stronger connections between you and our local farmers and food producers. We have an incredible array of locally made goods in St. Thomas and Elgin County. Goods that come from the land surrounding us and from the hands of passionate locals.

​This time around, we welcome you to enjoy Relish! Maple. Four boxes have been carefully curated to bring you the maple fruits from the land, including some pairings that will compliment your maple goods.

A portion of each box will be donated directly to the Catfish Creek Conservation Authority to support their efforts to bring education around the production of Maple Syrup to life at the Maple Syrup Festival! Unfortunately the 2021 festival has been cancelled due to Covid-19.

What is Relish?

Relish is a local food experience working to forge connections to local food in St. Thomas and Elgin County. 

The group originally began hosting events that featured locally grown food and food producers. During COVID-19 they have transitioned to helping direct people to items available in the community by featuring seasonal items and "at-home" culinary experiences.
