Shaw's Ice cream

Shaw's Ice Cream has been a local favourite since it first opened in 1948. Founded by Carl Shaw in St. Thomas, this iconic spot has been serving up delicious ice cream made with 100% Canadian cream for generations.

With 45 flavours to choose from, there is something for everyone. Try classic favourites or explore unique combinations like Granny Cupboard, Polar Eclipse, and Dump Truck. Whether you prefer something traditional or a little more adventurous, Shaw’s has the perfect scoop for you.

The Ice Box

The Ice Box handcrafts small batches of ice cream and vegan gelato right in the heart of St. Thomas. All of their treats are made with fresh, local ingredients from Elgin County and are completely free of preservatives and fillers.

Each batch is made fresh weekly, offering a delicious and eco-conscious alternative to mass-produced desserts. The Ice Box is committed to sustainability and hopes to inspire other local businesses to join us in putting the planet first!

Walkers Dairy Bar

After four generations on the farm, the Walker family is now redefining what fresh, local milk can be. In 2021, Walker Farms launched their on-site processing facility, allowing them to produce, bottle, and package their own A2 Protein Milk just steps from the barn.
