We all know and love the Elevated Park, as it is Canada's first and only elevated park connecting into the Trans Canada Trail, overlooking marvelous views of our beloved Railway City. This park is a treasure, with native gardens, illuminating artwork, and spectacular views for all to enjoy! As summer emerges from this past winter, we find ourselves wanting to get outdoors to enjoy the sun and refreshing scenic views of our lovely city.

This historical railway line was reborn as a stunning public park, offering a unique way to experience the city today. Providing amazing views and bringing the community together, The Elevated Park offers a space for recreation, relaxation, and exploration. Designed with sustainability, the native gardens flourish with urban designs, structures, and art installations to bring a lively feel to the park, while interacting with extraordinary views.

Its astonishing view is perfect for sunset strolls, or a fun summer day activity, perfect for walking, running, biking, or wandering. Throughout the summer months you can find recurring events at the Elevated Park, such as Stargazing Nights and Outdoor Art! Be sure to follow along with their social media, or check our events calendar, to find the latest happenings.

🐾Pet & Animal Etiquette
- Be mindful of the wildlife and do not feed animals on the trail
- Keep dogs on a leash for the care and safety of your pet and the people around
- Clean up immediately after pets to keep areas sanitary
🤝 Consideration for the Community
- Keep a reasonable noise and share the trails
- Be considerate of the volunteers that help out and clean up the areas
- Make sure to be courteous for all visitors and locals
🌱Cleanliness & Environmental Care
- Leave no trace of waste - put all garbage and recycling in designated bins or take it home to throw away
- Protect flora and fauna by staying on pathways, trails, and avoiding picking up foliage
- Avoid destroying natural habitats and areas to prevent trampling and disturbance

- Wheelchair accessible
- No climbing on the railings
- Supervise children and pets at all times
- No vandalism - do not damage, destroy, or deface park amenities, benches, structures, pathways, or artwork
