2015 represents 50 years of working toward community driven environmental solutions! Join the Kettle Creek Conservation Authority as they celebrate their 50th Anniversary on September 12th, at the Princess Avenue Playhouse.
Comedian Graham Chittenden – who's appeared at Montreal's Just for Laughs festival and on CBC's The Debaters – will be headlining the conservation celebration at the Princess Avenue Playhouse.

“We picked the comedy night mostly because we wanted to do something unique to celebrate our 50th anniversary,” said Luiza Moczarski, public relations supervisor for the KCCA.

Between the on-stage laughs, attendees can listen to a live performance by John Milles, enjoy hors-d’oeuvres and bid on silent auction items at the celebration. All proceeds from the event go toward the conservation authority's tree-planting program.

The organization planted 50,000 trees to commemorate the 50 year milestone earlier this year and will be offering two nights of camping for $50 in September.

“We're asking residents to help us celebrate the 50 years by sharing their story, a picture or memory of Kettle Creek,” said Moczarski.
